55+ Community Requirements
Windmill RV Ranch is an age-restricted community designed for extended stay and long-term RV site rentals, intended to provide housing primarily for persons 55 years of age or older in accordance with the federal Housing for Older Persons Act of 1995. This designation allows us to create an environment specifically tailored to the needs and preferences of the 55+ community.
When making a reservation, we verify that at least one resident meets the age requirement. This policy ensures that our community maintains its character and that all residents can enjoy the peaceful, age-appropriate environment that makes Windmill RV Ranch special.
