1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation or using the facilities at Windmill RV Ranch, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not make a reservation or use our facilities.

2. RV Park Description

Windmill RV Ranch is a 55+ age-restricted, long-term RV park located in Bertram, TX. We offer RV sites with full hookups, high-speed internet, and community amenities designed for extended-stay and long-term RV living.

3. Age Requirement

Windmill RV Ranch is a 55+ age-restricted community designed for extended stay and long-term RV site rentals, intended to provide housing primarily for persons 55 years of age or older in accordance with the federal Housing for Older Persons Act of 1995. At least one resident must meet the age requirement. No children are permitted to live on-site.

4. Reservations and Payment

Reservations can be made online 24/7 through our booking system or by calling +1 (512) 458-4458. We require a 3-night minimum stay. Payment is due according to the terms of your reservation (3-night, weekly, or monthly rates). We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified during booking.

5. Site Maintenance and Rules

Residents must keep their RV site neat and clean and leave it in the same condition in which it was delivered. No alterations to any RV site may be made without prior written consent of the RV Park Manager. All residents must comply with park rules and policies, which are available upon request.

6. Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly RV park. However, no pet shall be allowed in the RV Park unless written approval is first obtained from the RV Park Manager. All pets allowed in the RV Park will require written proof of current, legally required vaccinations. Please ask for our full pet policy when making your reservation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Windmill RV Ranch is not liable for any damage to RVs, personal property, or personal injury that occurs on the premises, except as may be required by law. Residents are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for their RV and personal property.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary based on the type of reservation (3-night, weekly, or monthly). Please refer to your reservation confirmation for specific cancellation terms. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our booking policies.

9. Amenities and Facilities

Access to park amenities (clubhouse, dog park, recreation areas, etc.) is included with your reservation. We reserve the right to temporarily close amenities for maintenance or safety reasons. High-speed internet is included with each site, but we are not responsible for internet service interruptions beyond our control.

10. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our website and services, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms, park rules, and policies at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or at the park office. Continued use of our facilities after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay at Windmill RV Ranch will be resolved in the courts of Burnet County, Texas.
