Windmill RV Ranch is an age-restricted community designed for extended stay and long-term RV site rentals. It is intended to provide housing primarily for persons 55 years of age or older in accordance with the federal Housing for Older Persons Act of 1995.

No pet shall be allowed in the RV Park unless written approval is first obtained from the RV Park Manager and all pets allowed in the RV Park will require written proof of current, legally required vaccinations. Please read our full pet policy when making your reservation.

Maintaining Your Site
Our 55+ long-term RV Park users must keep their RV Site neat and clean and leave it in the same condition in which it was delivered. No alterations to any RV Site may be made without the prior written consent of the RV Park Manager.
